Once you have completed this registration form, your name (first name and initial) will appear on the list of participants.

If you do NOT wish for your name to be published on the list, please enter something else in the question “Participant First Name and Last Initial” (for example, you could use your initials, or xxx or a code name).

This name is simply so that you can check and see whether your application was succesful or whether you have been placed on the waitlist.

The Breakaway programme is not currently running.

— Once you complete the registration form, your name (first name and initial) will appear on the list of registered participants.

— Each programme has 10 spaces available. Any applications after this are automatically placed on a waitlist.

— If you’re not sure which number application you are, please check the Breakaway webpage and look at the names/numbers underneath your programme.

— Applications are accepted on a first come first served basis for eligible participants. We reserve the right to withdraw, alter or amend programme applications.

— You can only attend one programme per school holidays
