Workplace Wellbeing meets Adventure Therapy

EMPLOYERS, ARE ANY OF YOUR STAFF STRUGGLING?

The past couple of years have been hard and there may be people in your team whose mental health and wellbeing have been negatively affected by stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, etc. Here is a great opportunity to support your staff by sponsoring them to attend our INSPIRE Adventure Therapy programme.

FEEDBACK from employer Nick at Mallia Home Centre:

“As an employer that values our people, we were looking for courses or programmes that might bring out the best in our team. Inspire delivered big time! The staff member who we sponsored on this course transformed over several weeks from shy, quiet and withdrawn to confident, charismatic and enthusiastic. Not only did we see dramatic improvements in his work, we also saw how much happier he is as a person.”

THE INSPIRE PROGRAMME is for Auckland-based adults

who might be struggling with mental health challenges. It is facilitated by a qualified mental health professional and an experienced outdoor instructor with the goal of building wellbeing, confidence and connection.
