CAMP COOK JOB VACANCY: Please don’t make Joe cook any more baked beans over a gas cooker!
We need a cook who can make delicious and nutritious meals for a bunch of high school students on their 10-day outdoor adventure programme, which we run 7+ times a year for the school.
The job involves making breakfast and dinner, plus supervising the students while they make their own lunches (and then head out for the day) and helping with dinner prep when they get back. There’s lots of downtime during the day.
Where?
The programme is based at Blue Mountain Adventure Centre in Raurimu, Central North Island. They have a proper kitchen, so no need for tinned cans over a gas cooker.
