Revive

A beginner-friendly Adventure Therapy programme for clients of ACC’s Sensitive Claims Service (SCS). We meet up one day a week over 8 weeks, going on a different outdoor adventure each week. We focus on healing, wellbeing and connection.

Kōwhai Grove

A gentle Outdoor Therapy programme focused on nature connection, healing and wellbeing. For clients of ACC’s Sensitive Claims Service (SCS). One day a week over 8 weeks. Short sessions (2.5 hours plus travel).

Te Māhuri

A free Kaupapa Māori programme for rangatahi (aged 13-18) based in Ōtautahi Christchurch. Go on a journey of self-discovery and community bonding, engage in outdoor activities and connect deeply with Te Whenua and your cultural identity.

HAVE A GO

Want to try rock climbing or mountain biking? Join a group of young people (14-18) one afternoon a week over 5 weeks. Beginner-friendly, no previous experience required.

Taking Therapy Outdoors

Individual or Family Therapy. Instead of sitting in an office, let’s head outdoors where you can walk, bike or hike with one of our mental health professionals. You can talk as much or as little as you want, while experiencing the healing benefits of being outdoors in nature.

A beginner-friendly Adventure Therapy programme for children (aged 9-11) who are in ACC’s Sensitive Claims Service. We meet one morning each week for 8 weeks. Based in the same location each week with gentle, healing, child-led outdoor activities.
