Upcoming programme: Girls Journey

GIRLS OUTDOOR ADVENTURE OPPORTUNITY! An exciting journey for Year 12 and 13 young women based in Ōtautahi Christchurch. Seven days, from Monday 17th – Sunday 23rd April 2023 (second week of this school holidays).

Here is a quick summary of the activities!

Day 1 –
17th April
8am – Meet Settle in team building/ setting expectations.
Pack / Drive 5 hours
Camp Whatmango Bay Camp Site

Day 2 –
18th April
Sea Kayak: Whatamango Bay – Ratimera Bay 10km
Camp Ratimera Bay Campsite

Day 3 –
19th April
Sea Kayak: Ratimera Bay – Bluemine Camp Site 12km
Explore Island
Camp Bluemine Camp Site

Day 4 –
20th April
Sea Kayak: Bluemine Camp Site – Punga Cove 8.5km
Possible side trip to Motuara Island. – Extra 17km
Or Possible side trip to Endeavour Inlet 6km extra
Camp Punga Cove

Day 5 –
21st April
Rest Day or Walk Mt Stokes Track 4 – 5 hours return from carpark.

Day 6 –
22nd April
Bike: Punga Cove – Mistletoe Bay 32 km
Camp Mistletoe Bay

Day 7 –

23rd April
Bike: Mistletoe Bay – Anakiwa 12.5km
Drive Home
Pick up from Adventure Speciaties Trust 5pm.
