Raft building gives our participants a chance to try something new (like tying knots), a chance to work together as a team or give leadership a go, a chance to be outdoors in the beautiful sunshine and fresh air, and a chance to create happy memories with friends, which mean they are more likely to try to recreate other positive outdoor experiences when they are back home with their own friends and families.
