It’s all Go Go Go this week!

This week is a busy one for Adventure Specialties Trust!

> Most of the Christchurch staff are on a programme with the New Zealand Army, spending a few days sea kayaking and doing a high ropes course. With Andy holding down the fort at the Christchurch office.

> Anneke is wrapping up the inaugural ‘Restore’ programme, our adventure therapy wellbeing programme, run in partnership with Ministry of Social Development. Then getting ready for the next one in a couple of weeks

> Amy and Anneke are setting up for the next adult ‘Inspire’ programme, an adventure therapy programme also aimed at wellbeing for people struggling with any number of mental health challenges

> In the Auckland office, the Project K programme (run in partnership with Graeme Dingle Foundation) is nearing the end of the 3-week expedition, with instructors Rani, Caitlin, Joe, and Nat leading students from Waitakere College and One Tree Hill College.

> Preparations are underway for the Adventure Therapy youth camp, which is heading up to Whananaki tomorrow for 4 nights, with instructor Dave, intern Oli, the lovely Trish as the programme’s therapist, and Brenda co-ordinating it all.

> Laura’s inaugural girls Journey is happening next week, very exciting, with Year 9-10 students from schools around Auckland, so Laura is prepping for that.

> Several Duke of Ed expeditions are happening next week, with Jeff busy managing gear and vehicles and instructors coming in and out of the office at dizzying speeds

> Anita is supporting Jeff, keeping cool and efficient as always

> Several Christchurch instructors are travelling up to Auckland next week to help out with the various programmes – April instructing with Laura, then Grace, Peter and Anna instructing on the Duke of Ed expeditions.

> Caitlin and Joe are sitting their NZOIA Bush 1 qualifications next week (good luck guys).

> Tim is doing something in his office (CEOs do real work too, right?)

> Bex is currently writing this social media post (good job Bex)(maybe not a wise move to tease the CEO though)

Holy moly! It’s all go go go!!!
Someone buy these guys a drink!
Or maybe a coffee (that’s more work-appropriate, isn’t it)
