Do you find being outside is helpful for your well-being? We do – so this programme is about spending time outside, doing some sort of adventurous activity with a focus on growth and wellbeing.
Inspire is held one day a week for 8 weeks in a row. A group of 6-10 people meeting together to go on a different adventurous activity around the Ōtautahi area on the beach, sea, rivers, hills or rocks around Christchurch. Each activity has easier and harder challenges available.
Previous participants described this as ‘Getting out and enjoying nature and the company of others’, ‘A chance to better understand myself and others’ and ‘Improving yourself and others while having a blast’…
This is for anyone over the age of 16 based in Christchurch. The programme runs from 9:30am-2:30pm every day.
We meet in a central location and from there transport, specialist equipment and lunch is provided for the day.
The full cost for 8 days is $1,600. However, we are able to subsidize these fees on application.
